Clive Allen

Clive has run Westbrook Creative, a successful Advertising and Marketing agency, for over 15 years offering services to both private and quoted companies, including supplying branding and marketing support for Funds and IPOs. In 2008 he also set up Aim Listing Ltd, an online business centered on supplying Aim Quoted companies with services and investors with information on the Aim market. In the last few months he has supplemented this service with the launch of Green Listing which provides information on how to invest in the increasingly popular ‘Green’ sector.

Lucy Clapham ACSI

Lucy is a partner in Independent Financial Publications (‘IFP’), a business regulated and authorised by the FSA. IFP has three strands – cityconfidential, brokerlink and themarketfocus.

Lucy worked at Hambros Bank in its corporate finance division for eight years before joining Redmayne-Bentley, a leading independent firm of stockbrokers, in 1998. In partnership with Simon Flather, she owns the Ilkley office of Redmayne-Bentley which continues to see its funds under management grow.

Lucy is also Chairman of the Board of Governors at Moorfield School for Girls in Ilkley.

Simon Flather FCA FCSI

Simon is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) in 1981. He also worked as a stockbroker with Rensburg, becoming a partner of the firm in 1986 before leaving to form Independent Financial Publications in 1993.
